Refund policy

There are absolutely no returns on any skin care items for sanitary reasons. 

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us at hello@eshiyah.com and we will attempt to resolve. Concerns brought to our attention 14 calendar days after receiving your order, will not be considered for resolve.

Kindly Note: Our products are made with natural butters and oils, so they are prone to melting at some point if left in high temperatures. If you do receive your product melted, please place in a cool area and allow it to re-solidify for perfect use.

With the above-mentioned note, please understand that no refunds or replacements will be considered for melted butters.
